SALON POLICIES & PROCEDURES

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

A confirmation call, text, or email will be sent before the scheduled appointment.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for check-in.

2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.

No-shows will be noted, and repeated occurrences may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

4. Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Payments must be made immediately after service completion.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds & Complaints

Services: No refunds on services, but we offer complimentary adjustments within 3 days of the original appointment if the client is not satisfied.

Products: Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase. No refunds on opened or used products.

Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service for proper resolution.

6. Health & Safety

Clients with infections, lice, or other contagious conditions will not be serviced.

Sanitization protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and safety.

Children must be supervised at all times for safety reasons.

7. Staff & Professional Conduct

Our stylists and technicians are licensed professionals trained to provide high-quality services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Expired offers will not be honored.

9. Personal Belongings

The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
